Deeper Meditation and Mindfulness course
The Inner Dimension of Buddhist Psychology
Date: Tuesdays 9th May to 27th June, 7pm - 9pm
The course is for those who wish
to deepen their current mindfulness meditation practice whilst also exploring
its underpinning Buddhist philosophy. The theme for the next course is 'The Inner Dimension of Buddhist Psychology'.
Each course is different. This allows
people to join us for just one course or to attend consecutive courses
throughout the year if they wish to continually develop and expand their
knowledge and practice. The sessions are a mixture of talks, discussion and guided meditation practice.
The course is led by Erik Passig
who has been practicing meditation since the late 1980’s and teaching
Mindfulness for over 10 years. He teaches in both secular and Buddhist
settings. Erik is also a UKCP registered psychotherapist using the core process
mindfulness based psychotherapeutic approach.
The course is held in Kew.
Cost is by donation. Suggested donation £150, £200, or £280 depending on your income.
