MindWorks is led by Erik Passig a senior Mindfulness trainer and UKCP registered psychotherapist. Erik has been practicing meditation for over 20 years and teaching Mindfulness for over 10 years (long before it became so well known!). Our courses are based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme and Professor Mark Williams’ book ‘Finding Peace in a Frantic World’.
We run beginners and advanced courses for individuals as well as training courses for businesses and public sector organisations. One to one Mindfulness coaching and Mindfulness based psychotherapy are also available.
